      采用恒温混炼工艺,研究恒温混炼时间对白炭黑胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明:与常规混炼工艺胶料相比,恒温混炼工艺胶料的门尼粘度增大,门尼焦烧时间略有缩短,硫化特性和物理性能基本相当,压缩生热降低,动态力学性能提高;当恒温混炼时间为4 min时,填料的分散性最佳,轮胎的抗湿滑性能最好,滚动阻力最低。
英文摘要:
      The effect of thermostatic mixing time on the properties of tread compound filled with silica by thermostatic mixing process was investigated. The results showed that,compared with the compound with conventional mixing process,the Mooney viscosity of the compound with thermostatic mixing process was increased,Mooney scorch time was shortened slightly,curing property and physical properties were similar,compression heat build-up decreased,and dynamic mechanical property was improved. When the thermostatic mixing time was 4 min,the dispersion of the filler was the best,the wet skid resistance of the tire was the highest,and rolling resistance was the lowest.
