      分别采用有限元方法和试验方法对9种不同的带束层结构进行了固有频率的仿真计算和试验测量,通过仿真结果和试验结果的对比,不但验证了有限元仿真方法的可靠性,而且基本理清了带束层帘线材质、帘线角度、宽度对轮胎固有频率的影响,为轮胎固有频率的研究提供了可靠的仿真计算方法。
英文摘要:
      The FEM(finite element method)simulation and experimental measurement of the natural frequency for nine different belt structures were carried out. By comparison of the simulation results and experimental results,the reliability of FEM was verified,and influence of tire belt cord material,cord angle and width on the natural frequency were obtained. This study provided a reliable simulation calculation method of tire natural frequency.
