      介绍59/80R63无内胎全钢巨型工程机械子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径　4 035 mm，断面宽　1 496 mm，行驶面宽度　1 343 mm，行驶面弧度高　55 mm，胎圈着合直径　1 595.4 mm，胎圈着合宽度　1 143 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2）　0.87，胎面采用4条纵向和横向花纹沟设计，花纹深度　92 mm，花纹周节数　36，花纹饱和度　70.2%。施工设计：胎面采用复合缠绕形式，带束层采用6层带束层结构，1#—4#带束层采用7×（3＋9＋15）×0.245＋0.20HT钢丝帘线，5#—6#带束层采用4×6×0.25HE钢丝帘线，胎体采用7×（3＋9＋15）×0.245＋0.20HT钢丝帘线，采用四鼓二次法成型机成型、锥形开模蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和耐久性能均符合设计和国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 59/80R63 all-steel giant tubeless off-the-road radial tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter　4 035 mm，cross-sectional width　1 496 mm，width of running surface　1 343 mm，arc height of running surface　55 mm，bead diameter at rim seat　1 595.4 mm，bead width at rim seat　1 143 mm，maximum width position of cross-section（H1/H2）　0.87，4 longitudinal and transverse grooves，pattern depth　92 mm，total number of pitches　36，and block/total ratio　70.2%.In construction design，the following processes were taken：winded tread，7×（3＋9＋15）×0.245＋0.20HT steel cord for 1#—4# belts，4×6×0.25HE steel cord for 5#—6# belts，and 7×（3＋9＋15）×0.245＋0.20HT steel cord for carcass ply. The tire was formed by using two stage four drum forming machine and cured with steamer type curing machine.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that，the inflated peripheral dimension and endurance performance met the requirements of corresponding design and national standard.
