利用有限元分析法对影响轮胎破坏产生的应变分量进行分析,对比有无0°带束层结构的伸张情况。结果表明:以第1带束层为起点的破坏延伸第1步是xz方向剪切应变分量作用在带束层端点截面上(非粘合面),钢丝帘线切面和胶料的非粘合界面的空间扩大,破坏开始;第2步是在yz方向剪切应变分量作用下,破坏沿着第1带束层与第2带束层界面开始延伸。0°带束层结构可抑制胎肩和胎冠中心的径向伸张。 |

The strain components which caused the tire failure were analyzed by finite element analysis method,and the stretch results of the structures with and without 0° belt were compared.The results showed that the delamination initiation and extension on 1# belt was started from the cross section of belt end (non-adhesive side) under the shear strain component of xz direction,in which the non-adhesive interface between the steel cord cutting edge and rubber compound was expanded.Then the delamination was extended along the interface between the 1# and 2# belts under the action of shear strain component in the yz direction.It was found that 0° belt structure could suppress radial extension of shoulder and tread center. |
