      介绍9.00R16 16PR全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径　888 mm，断面宽　253 mm，行驶面宽度　200 mm，行驶面弧度高　7.5 mm，胎圈着合直径　405 mm，胎圈着合宽度　178 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2）　1.015，花纹深度　16.5 mm，花纹饱和度　76.3%，花纹周节数　58。施工设计：胎面采用两方两块结构，胎体采用3＋9＋15×0.175＋0.15NT钢丝帘线，带束层采用0°带束层结构，1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20＋6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线；采用一次法两鼓成型机成型，硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明：轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相关设计和标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 9.00R16 16PR all steel light truck radial tire was described．In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter　888 mm，cross-sectional width　253 mm，width of running surface　200 mm，arc height of running surface　7.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat　405 mm，bead width at rim seat　178 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（H1/H2）　1.015，pattern depth　16.5 mm，block/total ratio　76.3%，and number of pattern pitch　58.In construction design，the following processes were taken：two-formula and two-piece structure was used for tread，3＋9＋ 15×0.175＋0.15NT steel cord for carcass ply，using 0° belt，3×0. 20＋6×0. 35HT steel cord for 1#，2# belt，5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt，3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt；and using two drum one stage building machine to build tire and curing press to cure tire．It was confirmed by the finished tire test that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength，endurance and speed performance reached the requirements of corresponding design and standard．
