提出一种基于CATIA二次开发技术的轮胎3D花纹辅助建模工具的方案。使用CAA+DLL的CATIA二次开发手段提出的智能化轮胎3D花纹建模方案由沟型花纹设计模块和沟间交汇连通模块组成。3D花纹建模工具使用自定义特征的设计方法,可以保证生成的花纹沟为独立的整体,极大地降低了文件的复杂性,并可大幅提高建模效率。 |

Based on CATIA secondary development technology,a program of tire 3D pattern assisting design tool was proposed.Developped with CAA+DLL of CATIA secondary development methods,the program of auto 3D pattern modeling was consisted of groove pattern design module and inter-channel connection module.The 3D pattern modeling tool applied design method of user-defined features to ensure that the generated groove was an independent one,which could largely reduce the complexity of files and greatly improve the modeling efficiency. |
