| 以新一代不溶性硫磺Crystex Cure为原料,以产品HDOT20 为参比样,以子午线轮胎钢丝粘合胶料生产配方为基础,对不溶性硫磺Crystex Cure的理化指标及硫化胶料的物理性能,尤其硬度、拉伸强度、热稳定性、分散性、生热、粘合抽出力、耐盐水老化抽出性能等进行评价。研究结果表明,新一代不溶性硫磺Crystex Cure 样品具有热稳定性高、硫化胶料的物理性能好,与产品HDOT20 性能相当,且能满足生产工艺要求,具有更高的性价比。 |
