      轮胎胶部件在压出过程中由水中、胶部件、设备磨损产生的杂质沉积于水槽中,造成冷却水检测指标的超标,影响冷却胶部件的工艺性能,使胶部件表面发蓝、发白,影响后续粘合、成型工艺性能,造成产品脱层、气泡等质量缺陷,因此需要加强对冷却水槽中沉积物量的控制,如定期对水槽进行清理或者采取措施减少沉积物沉积。
英文摘要:
      The sediments which are deposited from water, rubber components and equipment wear in the extruding process can cause the test index of cooling water out of limits, which will finally influence the process property of the cooled compound. For example, the surface of the rubber compound will appear blue or white; the subsequent process of adhesion and building of rubber will be influenced; and open tread joint or blister or other quality defects will be caused. So it is important to enhance the controlling of the sediments in the cooling water slot, such as clearing the water slot at regular intervals, or taking some effective methods to reduce the sediments.
