| 介绍800/65R32无内胎半钢农业子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1845 mm,断面宽 788 mm,行驶面宽度 735 mm,行驶面弧度高 38 mm,胎圈着合直径 812.5 mm,胎圈着合宽度 660 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)0.8329,花纹饱和度 24.4%,花纹深度58 mm,花纹周节数20。施工设计：胎体采用2层2100dtex/2V1锦纶6浸胶帘布,带束层采用3+9+15╳0.22+W钢丝帘线,采用二次法成型技术、自动定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 800/65R32 tubeless steel belted agricultural tire was described. In the struction design, the following parameters were taken: overall diameter 1845 mm, cross section width 788 mm, width of running surface 735 mm, height of running surface 38 mm, bead diameter at rim seat 812.5 mm, bead width at rim seat 660 mm, maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0.8329, block/total ratio 24.4%,tread depth 58 mm, total number of pitches 20. In the construction design, the following processes were taken: 2 layers of 2100dtex/2V1 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass ply, 3+9+15╳0.22+W steel cord for belt. The tire was built using two-stage process and cured in auto curing press. It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that, the inflated peripheral dimension , physical properties and endurance performance met the requirements of corresponding standards. |
