| 介绍14.00－25 36PR E-3宽体矿用自卸车轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 354 mm，断面宽 334 mm，行驶面宽度 304 mm，行驶面弧度高 22 mm，胎圈着合直径 633 mm，胎圈着合宽度 254 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.843 6，花纹深度 31 mm，花纹饱和度 78.9%，花纹周节数 28。施工设计：胎面采用缠绕法成型，胎体采用14层1400dtex/3V1锦纶66帘布和2层1400dtex/3V2锦纶66帘布，缓冲层采用2层930dtex/2V3锦纶66帘布，采用半芯轮式成型机成型、双模定型硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求，实际装车试验结果表明轮胎性能良好。 |

| The design on 14.00－25 36PR E-3 wide base dumper tire for mine was described. In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter?1 354 mm，cross-sectional width?334 mm，width of running surface 304 mm，arc height of running surface 22 mm，bead diameter at rim seat?633 mm，bead width at rim seat?254 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（H1/H2）?0.843 6，pattern depth?31 mm，block/total ratio?78.9%，and number of pattern pitches?28.In construction design，the following processes were taken：winding formation for tread，14 layers of 1400dtex/3V1 and 2 layers of 1400dtex/3V2 nylon 66 cord for carcass ply，2 layers of 930dtex/2V3 nylon 66 cord for breaker ply，using flat core tire building machine to build tire and double mold curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that，the inflated peripheral dimension and physical properties met the requirements of the design and national standards，and the road test results showed that the performance of tire was good. |
