      主要分析了全钢载重子午线轮胎冠部材料分布结构对成品轮胎沟底裂的影响情况,分两个方案进行论述,并建立了轮胎断面模型和三维有限元模型,计算了静负荷情况下轮胎冠部边沟沟底的应力变化情况和沟壁的扩张程度,对两种方案的有限元计算结果做对比分析,并且根据所设计的方案,分别做了实际轮胎的对比验证,结果证明了有限元分析结果的正确性。
英文摘要:
      the impact of Material distribution in crown of TBR to the groove break was analyzed in this paper, two programs were described, and then, the mode of section and 3d finite element were made. In the analysis of the 3d finite element, the stress variation of the groove cell and expand of the groove wall were Calculation analyzed. At the end of the paper, the result of the actual test and simulation were compared with each anther, then, the result of the finite element simulation was proved right.
