      本文以全天然生胶体系和半有效硫化体系为基础,通过调整炭黑用量和炭黑与白炭黑并用比例来优化矿用自卸车胎面基部胶配方。结果表明:与现用基部胶配方相比,优化后配方的拉伸强度可达到30.0Mpa,抗硫化返原性能提升5%,固氏压缩生热降低2-3℃;成品轮胎耐久性能提升6%-20%,可以减少轮胎在使用过程中出现的肩空、脱层现象。

      :In this study we optimized the under tread formula by adjusting the dosage of carbon black, and the proportion of carbon black and silica with natural rubber system and semi-efficient vulcanization system. The results showed that: the tensile strength of the optimized recipe could reach 30.0 Mpa, anti-reversion behaviour improved by 5% and the heat build-up decreased 2-3oC compared with the current formula. The endurance performance of the finished tires improved 6%-20% and the delamination and separation of tires in shoulder were reduced.
