| 试验研究了中石油锦州石化制备的高门尼稀土顺丁橡胶的结构及并用胶性能。结果表明,门尼粘度67的NdBR-1#的分子量分布3.26,门尼粘度72的NdBR-2#的分子量分布为2..31,分布较窄。高门尼NdBR的滚动阻力与低门尼NdBR等同,耐屈挠龟裂和耐裂口增长性能优异,热空气老化性能改进。NdBR/NR并用胶研究亦表明,相比低门尼NdBR,两种高门尼NdBR均明显改善耐切割和耐裂口增长,其中,两种高门尼NdBR胶料,NdBR-1#的加工性能和动态力学性能较佳,NdBR-2#耐裂口增长性能则进一步改善。 |
