      对国产低苯乙烯溶聚丁苯SSBR1550s在冬季胎胎面中进行应用研究,并与SL553R进行对比,对比结果表明:SSBR1550s加工性能欠佳,试验胶料门尼均有明显提升但动态粘弹性能均有不同程度改善。应用SSBR1550s等量替代SL553R,试验胶料Tg提升较明显,抗湿滑、滚动阻力均有改善;折合等量苯乙烯进行替代应用,试验胶料玻璃化转变温度未有明显变化,抗湿滑、抗冰滑、滚动阻力均有改善;采用等量苯乙烯替代方式的试验配方成品,高速、耐久性能均符合产品设计标准要求,并在滚阻方面表现出优势。

      We studied the application of SSBR1550s with low styrene contant in winter tire tread compound , and compared SSBR1550s with JSR-SL553. The result showed that, the SSBR1500s has poor processing performance, higher mooney viscosity and dynamic viscoelasticity. When we replaced SSBR1550s with the equivelent proportion of SL553, the compound with a higher Tg got the improving wet grip and lower rolling resistance. When we replaced SSBR1550s with SL553 for same styrene contant, the compound with the same Tg improved the wet and ice grip and fuel economy. In the same styrene contant test condition, the tires using the SSBR1550s compound met the requirements of high-speed and durable testing, and showed the better fuel economy.
