      该改造方案的主要特点是: 1、钢丝圈支撑臂由直线导轨副和锥形体定位,定位精度高,钢丝圈支撑臂不易变形,能有效保证钢丝圈与胎体贴合鼓的同轴度,防止钢丝圈因为与胎体筒贴合鼓不同轴而导致与胎体筒相撞,导致胎坯或者钢丝圈报废,确保胎体传递环钢丝圈吸附爪臂不会被撞坏; 2、不使用外部气缸,结构简单,减少泄漏点,节约维护成本; 3、钢丝圈支撑臂张缩的快慢可以通过单向节流阀进行调节; 4、钢丝圈支撑臂张开的松紧度可以通过限未调节螺栓进行调节,防止因钢圈支撑臂张开过大导致钢丝圈变形; 5、此钢丝圈预置器结构设计属于技术创新,在国内外轮胎成型机上首次使用。

      The retrofit scheme of the main features are: 1, steel wire circle brace by linear guide rail pair and conical body positioning, positioning accuracy is high, the steel wire coil bracket is not easy to deformation, can effectively guarantee the traveler and the child to be considerate and alignment of the drum, prevent traveler with tire body cone drum is not caused by coaxial collision with tire body cartridge, lead to scrap tire blank or traveller, to ensure that the tire body transfer ring traveler adsorption claw arm will not be damaged; 2, do not use the external cylinder, simple structure, reduce the leak, saving the maintenance cost; 3, steel wire circle brace of shrinkage speed can be adjusted through one-way throttle valve; 4, open the firmness of wire coil bracket can be adjusted through the limit of not adjusting bolt, prevent traveler deformation caused by excessive steel brace open; 5, the traveler preset structure design belongs to the technical innovation, on the tire molding machine at home and abroad for the first time to use.
