      介绍90/90-18高速无内胎摩托车轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 615 mm,断面宽 88 mm,行驶面宽度 94 mm,行驶面弧度高 25 mm,胎圈着合直径 457 mm,胎圈着合宽度 55 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.881,采用混合花纹,花纹深度 5 mm,花纹饱和度 34.22%。施工设计:胎面采用一方一块结构,胎体采用4层930dtex/2锦纶66帘布;钢丝圈采用Φ1.0 mm的19#回火胎圈钢丝,采用半鼓式成型机头成型、双模胶囊硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、物理性能、强度性能、耐久性能、高速性能和气密性能等均达到相应国家标准和企业标准要求,实际装车试验结果良好。
英文摘要:
      The design of 90/90-18 tubeless motorcycle tire was introduced.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 615 mm,cross-sectional width 88 mm,width of running surface 94 mm,arc height of running surface 25 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?457 mm,bead width at rim seat?55 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2)0.881,mixed tread pattern,pattern depth 5 mm,and block/total ratio?34.22%.In construction design,the following processes were taken:using one formula and one piece tread,4 layers of 930dtex/2 nylon 66 cord for carcass,using Φ1.0 mm 19# tempered steel for bead wire,and using semi-drum building machine to build up tire and double mode capsule curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,physical properties,strength performance,endurance performance,high speed performance and air tightness reached the requirements of national and enterprise standards,and the practical application test result was good.
