试验研究全钢载重子午线轮胎性能与胎面胶室内测试性能的相关性。结果表明:以胎面胶LAT100耐磨性能作为轮胎路试耐磨性能的代用性能,修正系数为1/2时其耐磨性能指数与路试耐磨性能指数基本一致;胎面胶60 ℃下损耗因子(tanδ)作为轮胎滚动阻力代用性能,其指数修正系数为1/7,60 ℃下tanδ每变化0.1,轮胎滚动阻力指数下降6.1%。 |

The correlation of performance of truck and bus radial tire and indoor property testing results of tread compound was investigated.The results showed that,the LAT100 abrasion test result had good correlation with the road-test abrasion of tire with a correction coefficient of 1/2.The tanδ at 60 ℃ showed good agreement with the rolling resistance of tire with a correction coefficient of 1/7.It was found that the tire rolling resistance index declined 6.1% when tanδ at 60 ℃ changed 0.1. |
