| 介绍16.9－30 10PR R-7农业轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 478 mm，断面宽 406 mm，行驶面宽度 386 mm，行驶面弧度高 33 mm，胎圈着合直径 766.8 mm，胎圈着合宽度 381 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.611，花纹深度 40 mm，花纹饱和度 25.8%，花纹周节数 28。施工设计：胎体采用4层高强度1670dtex/2 4V1聚酯浸胶帘布，采用LCX-4B成型机成型，立式硫化罐硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能符合国家标准要求。 |

| The design on 16.9－30 10PR R-7 agriculture tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 478 mm，cross-sectional width 406 mm，width of running surface 386 mm，arc height of running surface 33 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 766.8 mm，bead width at rim seat 381 mm，maximum width position of cross-section （H1/H2） 0.611，pattern depth 40 mm，block/total ratio 25.8%，and number of pattern pitch 28.In construction design，the following processes were taken：4 layers of high strength 1670dtex/2 4V1 dipped polyester cord for carcass ply，and using LCX-4B building machine to build tire and autoclave press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that，the inflated overall dimension and physical properties met the requirements of national standard. |
