      介绍6.50R16 12PR有无内胎两用全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 745 mm,断面宽 188 mm,行驶面宽度 146 mm,行驶面弧度高 5.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 405 mm,胎圈着合宽度 152 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.932,胎面采用4条条形花纹设计,花纹深度 10 mm,花纹饱和度 81.9%,独特的胎圈曲线和气密层胶配方设计,能满足在有无内胎两种情况下使用。施工设计:胎面采用冠包肩结构,带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24+9×0.225WHT 钢丝帘线,采用一次法胶囊反包两鼓成型机成型,机械式热板硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的外缘尺寸、气密性、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相关设计和标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 6.50R16 12PR truck and bus radial tire for both tube type and tubeless applications was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 745 mm,cross-section width 188 mm,width of running surface 146 mm,arc height of running surface 5.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 405 mm,bead width at rim seat 152 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1/H2) 0.932,4 rib tread pattern,pattern depth 10 mm,block/total ratio 81.9%,unique bead curve and inner liner compound for both tube type and tubeless applications. In construction design,the following processes were taken:using tread-over-sidewall structure,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for belt,3×0.24+9×0.225WHT steel cord for carcass ply,and using two drum one stage building machine to build tire and curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by the finished tire test that,the inflated peripheral dimension,air tightness,strength property,endurance performance and speed performance reached the requirements of design and corresponding standards.
