| 研究3＋9＋15×0.25＋0.15ST钢丝帘线在全钢工程机械子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。结果表明：与7×7×0.22＋0.15HT钢丝帘线相比，3＋9＋15×0.25＋0.15ST钢丝帘线的直径和线密度减小，在破断力/帘线直径和破断力/线密度方面具有优势；以其替代7×7×0.22＋0.15HT钢丝帘线用于26.5R25轮胎胎体中，成品轮胎的外缘尺寸基本相当，耐久性能提高，生产成本降低。 |

| The application of 3＋9＋15×0.25＋0.15ST steel cord in the carcass of all steel off-the-road radial tire was investigated.The results showed that，compared with 7×7×0.22＋0.15HT steel cord，3＋9＋15×0.25＋0.15ST steel cord possessed smaller diameter and cord density，and thus had advantages of higher rupture strength/diameter ratio and rupture strength/cord density ratio. By using 3＋9＋15×0.25＋0.15ST steel cord to replace 7×7×0.22＋0.15HT steel cord in the carcass of 26.5R25 tire，the inflated peripheral dimension of finished tire was similar，the endurance performance was improved and production cost was reduced. |
