      对巨型工程机械子午线轮胎胎圈护胶配方进行优化。结果表明:通过调整胎圈护胶配方中的生胶体系、补强填充体系和硫化体系,并适量增加抗硫化返原剂WK-901,胶料的硫化返原率减小,硫化胶的硬度和300%定伸应力增大,耐磨性能和耐热老化性能提高;成品轮胎的耐久性能提高,减少了轮胎使用过程中出现的生热脱层问题,提高了轮胎的使用寿命。
英文摘要:
      In this study,the bead compound of giant off-the-road radial tire was optimized.The results showed that,by adjusting rubber system,reinforcement system and curing system of the bead compound,and adding anti-reversion agent WK-901 properly,the reversion rate of the compound was lowered,the hardness and modulus at 300% elongation of the vulcanizate increased,and the wear resistance and thermal aging property were improved.The endurance performance of finished tire was improved,the heat delamination problem in the tire application was reduced,and the tire service life was extended.
