建立了高效液相色谱法测定混炼胶中防老剂4020含量的方法。确定测试条件如下:提取液 乙腈/二氯甲烷(体积比为6∶1);流动相 乙腈/无水乙酸钠溶液(体积比为4∶6)混合液,梯度洗脱,流速 1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长 290 nm,采用外标法定量。结果表明,该方法在2.0~499.5 μg·mL-1质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,检测限为0.1 μg·g-1,定量限为0.2 μg·g-1,样品加标回收率为102.2%~105.4%,相对标准偏差小于5%,能够满足混炼胶样品中防老剂4020的快速检测。 |

An method for determination of antioxidant 4020 in rubber compound by HPLC was established.The test conditions was determined as follows:extraction solution acetonitrile/dichloromethane(volume ratio was 6∶1),mobile phase acetonitrile/anhydrous sodium carbonate solution(volume ratio was 4∶ 6),gradient elution,flow rate 1.0 mL·min-1,UV detector wavelength 290 nm,by external standard quantitative method.The results showed that,the standard curve was linear in the range of 2.0~499.5 μg·mL-1,the detection limit was 0.1 μg·g-1,the quantification limit was 0.2 μg·g-1,the recoveries was 102.2%~105.4%,the relative standard deviation was less than 5%.The method met the requirement for the rapid determination of antioxidant 4020 in rubber compound. |
