      通过对目前全钢载重子午线轮胎的结构及其制造工艺分析研究,发现其存在制造成本较高、承载能力较低、使用寿命较短等缺陷。本文提出了一种全新的挂胶钢丝直接缠绕的全钢载重子午线轮胎结构,并阐述了相应的的轮胎生产制造工艺。解决了目前全钢载重子午线轮胎帘布钢丝接头多、制造工艺流程繁琐、制造设备复杂、各工序制造精度难保证等问题,克服了目前全钢载重子午线轮胎存在的缺陷,且容易实现轮胎成型制造过程的计算机自动化控制。
英文摘要:
      According to analysis and study on the TBR tire"s structure and its manufacturing process, it is founded that the traditional TBR tire has lots of defects such as higher manufacturing cost, low bearing capacity and short service life. This paper designs a new structure of TBR tire which rubberizing steel cord winded directly, expounds the corresponding tire manufacturing process. The problems such as more steel cord connectors, cumbersome processing flow, complex equipments and unsatisfactory manufacturing precision are solved. The new structure of TBR tire overcomes the defects existing in current TBR tire, and easy to realize the automatic computer control of TBR tire manufacturing process.
