| 介绍了高性能短纤维在工程胎胎冠胶及基部胶配方中的研究与应用，分别在工程胎胎冠胶及基部胶使用高性能短纤维 5份、5.5份、6份进行对比试验，实验结果表明，使用高性能短纤维，胶料的拉伸性能变化不大，磨耗性能及耐撕裂性能有所提高，耐老化性能增强，炭黑分散度提高，生热降低，胶料的门尼粘度明显降低，综合各项物理性能使用6份高性能短纤维，效果比较理想。 |

| High-performance short fibers are introduced on the base of engineering tire rubber tire crown and rubber research and application of formula, respectively, on the base of engineering tire rubber tire crown and adhesive using high-performance short fiber 5, 5.5, 6 a contrast experiment was carried out and the experimental results show that the use of high-performance short fiber, rubber tensile properties changed little, abrasion and tear resistance improved performance, ageing resistance performance enhancements, carbon black dispersion, heat production is reduced, significantly lower Mooney viscosity of rubber, comprehensive various physical properties using 6 copies of high-performance short fibers, the effect is ideal. |
