      将硫化外温蒸汽温度由147℃降为130℃对16.00R25高速公路用工程胎进行硫化工艺技术改进,对优化前后成品胎胶料拉伸、生热及机床TKPH值与耐久性能进行测试对比。数据表明:硫化工艺改进后轮胎成品拉伸性能略有改善;胶料滞后损失显著降低;轮胎TKPH值提升14%;机床耐久时间提升45%。
英文摘要:
      The present disclosure relates to improving the endurance test time of off-the road tire for highway service(16.00R25) by application of the low-temperature vulcanization technique, in which the steam temperature declined to 130℃ from 147℃.The data indicated that the classical mechanical properties of the reference tire enhanced slightly but the rubber loss tanδ was much superior.Compared to the normal tire, the TKPH and endurance test time of the reference tire enhanced 14% and 45% respectively.
