      介绍285/75R24.5 16PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 052 mm,断面宽 283 mm,行驶面宽度 208 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 619.5 mm,胎圈着和宽度 208 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.848,采用以4条纵向花纹沟为主的胎面花纹设计,花纹深度 18 mm,花纹饱和度 68.5%,花纹周节数 58。施工设计:胎面采用两方两块结构,1#~3#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线,胎体采用3×0.24+9×0.225+0.15HT钢丝帘线,采用一次法胶囊反包两鼓成型机成型、液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能、速度性能和滚动阻力均达到相关设计和标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 285/75R24.5 16PR tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?1 052 mm,cross–sectional width?283 mm,width of running surface?208 mm,arc height of running surface?7.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?619.5 mm,bead width at rim seat?208 mm,maximum width position of cross–section (H1/H2)?0.848,4 longitudinal grooves,pattern depth?18 mm,block/total ratio?68.5%,and number of pattern pitches?58.In construction design,the following processes were taken:two–formula and two–piece extruded tread,3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1#, 2# and 3# belt,5×0.30HI steel cord for 4# belt,3×0.24+9×0.225+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply,and using one stage two drum turn–up bladder to build tire and hydraulic curing press to cure tire.It was confirmed by test of the finished tires that,the inflated peripheral dimension,strength,endurance,speed performance and rolling resistance met the requirements of the design and corresponding standard.
