| 介绍LT215/85R16全钢轻型载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 768 mm，断面宽 218 mm，行驶面宽度 178 mm，行驶面弧度高 6.64 mm，胎圈着合直径 404.2 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.917，采用4条纵向花纹沟设计，花纹深度 10.5 mm，花纹周节数 61，花纹饱和度 74.25%。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用3+9×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线，1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线；采用胶囊反包一次法成型机成型，热板式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸和强度性能符合相关设计和国家标准要求，耐久性能和高速性能符合欧洲ECE标准要求。 |

| The design of LT215/85R16 light truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 768 mm，cross-sectional width 218 mm，width of running surface 178 mm，height of running surface 6.64 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 404.2 mm，maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2) 0.917，4 longitudinal pattern grooves，pattern depth 10.5 mm，total number of pitches 61，and block/total ratio 74.25%.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：three formula and four piece extruded tread，3+9×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply，3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply，3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 3# belt ply；using turn up single stage building machine to build tires，and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and strength performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard，and the endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements of the European ECE standard. |
