      介绍205/75R17.5 10PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径　750 mm，断面宽　205 mm，行驶面宽度　146 mm，行驶面弧度高　5 mm，胎圈着合直径　442 mm，胎圈着合宽度　146 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2)　0.88，采用4条纵向花纹沟设计，花纹深度　10 mm，花纹周节数　86，花纹饱和度　76.54%。施工设计：胎面采用两方两块结构，胎体采用3×0.24＋9×0.225+0.15HT钢丝帘线，1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线；采用胶囊反包两鼓一次法成型机成型，机械式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合相关设计和国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 205/75R17.5 10PR tubeless truck and bus radial tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter　750 mm，cross-sectional width　205 mm，width of running surface　146 mm，height of running surface　5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat　442 mm，bead width at rim seat　146 mm，maximum width position of cross-section (H1/H2)　0.88，4 longitudinal pattern grooves，pattern depth10 mm，total number of pitches86，and block/total ratio76.54%.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：two formula and two piece extruded tread，3×0.24＋9×0.225+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply，3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply，5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt ply；using turn up two drum single stage building machine to build tires，and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance，endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard.
