| 试验研究无内胎斜交轮胎胎胚刺眼造成成品轮胎充气后出现漏气的原因。通过模拟胎胚刺眼风钻转速、刺针直径、刺眼数量、刺眼速度的对比分析试验。得出胎胚刺眼工序造成成品轮胎漏气的主要原因是刺眼风钻的转速太快,刺眼周边胶料因温度过高而自硫造成硫化后刺眼内的自硫胶与正常胶料没有交联形成裂缝。成品轮胎充气膨胀后裂缝拉开,轮胎内压从裂缝顺着胎体帘线及缝隙串至胎外。 |
