      研究了不同硫化温度对轮胎橡胶的物理机械性能和交联密度的影响,并考察了不同硫化温度下胶料物理机械性能与交联密度之间的关系。结果表明:随着硫化温度的提高,硫化胶的交联密度、定伸应力和拉伸强度下降,扯断伸长率提高;硫化温度在130℃时,硫化胶的综合机械物理能最佳。

      The influences of curing temperature on mechanical properties and crosslinking density of tire rubber were investigated. At different curing temperatures, the relationship between the crosslink density and mechanical and physical properties were also studied. The results showed that with the increase of curing temperature, the crosslinking density, modulus and tensile strength decreased, while the elongation at break increased. When the compound vulcanizated at 130℃, the comprehensive mechaniacal and physical properties were best.
