| 以3×0.24+9×0.225WHT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线应用于315/80R22.5 18PR无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体。试验结果表明：与3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线相比，3×0.24+9×0.225WHT钢丝帘线强度高，直径小，且钢丝帘布压延密度大，上下覆胶厚度和钢丝间胶厚度大；以3×0.24+9×0.225WHT钢丝帘线替代3+9+15×0.175+0.15钢丝帘线后，成品轮胎的外缘尺寸变化不大，强度性能和耐久性能提高，且轮胎质量和成本减小。 |

| 3×0.24+9×0.225WHT steel cord was applied in carcass of 315/80R22.5 18PR tubeless truck and bus radial tire by replacing 3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord.The test results showed that，compared with 3+9+15×0.175+0.15 steel cord，3×0.24+9×0.225WHT steel cord possessed higher strength，smaller diameter，higher calendering density，and higher rubber thickness in coated fabric and between steel cords.With 3×0.24+9×0.225WHT steel cord，the inflated peripheral dimension of the tire changed little，the strength performance and endurance performance were improved，and the weight and cost of tires were reduced. |
