| 介绍425/65R22.5 20PR无内胎全钢载重子午线导向轮轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 118 mm，断面宽 430 mm，行驶面宽度 324 mm，行驶面弧度高 12.5 mm，胎圈着合直径 570.5 mm，胎圈着合宽度 356 mm，断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 1.102，花纹深度 17 mm，花纹饱和度 64.4%，采用条形花纹设计。施工设计：胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线，1#～3#带束层采用3×0.2+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.2HE钢丝帘线；采用两鼓一次法成型机成型，硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和强度性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求，耐久性能和速度性能符合企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 425/65R22.5 20PR truck steer tubeless radial tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 118 mm，cross-sectional width 430 mm，width of running surface 324 mm，height of running surface 12.5 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 570.5 mm，bead width at rim seat 356 mm，maximum width position of cross section (H1/H2) 1.102，pattern depth 17 mm，block/groove ratio 64.4%，with the design of strip pattern.In construction design，the following processes were taken：3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for carcass ply，3×0.2+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# to 3# belt ply，3×7×0.2HE steel cord for 0° belt ply；using two-drum single stage building machine to build tires，and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension and strength performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard，and the endurance performance and speed performance met the requirements of enterprise standard. |
