      基于Abaqus非线性有限元软件,建立三维轮胎的振动模态分析方法,求出轮胎径向、横向、周向各阶振型,并进行实际轮胎的振动模态试验,试验结果与仿真计算结果吻合良好。在此基础上,进一步研究了充气压力、带束层参数及帘线和橡胶模量对轮胎振动固有频率的影响,揭示了轮胎振动特性与轮胎使用条件以及材料特性之间的相互关系,为解决轮胎配套过程中遇到的噪声、振动和舒适性问题提供了方向。
英文摘要:
      A finite element method to simulate the tire vibration characteristics was provided based on Abaqus software,and the radial vibration mode,lateral vibration mode and longitudinal vibration mode were calculated.In addition, the tire vibration test was carried out,and the results were in good agreement with the simulation results.Subsequently,the influence of air pressure,belt parameters,and cord and rubber modulus on the natural vibration frequency was studied.The results showed the relationship between tire vibration characteristics and its application conditions,and material parameters,which could be helpful to deal with the noise,vibration and harshness of the tire.
