| 研究2+4×0.22HT Betru?钢丝帘线在轿车子午线轮胎带束层中的应用。结果表明：与1×3×0.28HT钢丝帘线相比，2+4×0.22HT Betru?钢丝帘线的破断力明显提高，在相同安全倍数下压延钢丝帘线密度减小，渗胶性能较好，工艺过程稳定；以其替代1×3×0.28HT钢丝帘线用于轿车子午线轮胎带束层中，成品轮胎的各项性能均达到指标要求。 |

| The application of 2+4×0.22HT Betru? steel cord in the belt of passenger car radial(PCR) tire was investigated.Compared with 1×3×0.28HT steel cord，the breaking strength of 2+4×0.22HT Betru? steel cord was significantly higher.To achieve same safety factor，the number of steel cord could be reduced，the rubber penetration was better，and the process was stable.By using 2+4×0.22HT Betru steel cord instead of 1×3×0.28HT steel cord in the belt of PCR tire，the performance of finished tire met the requirements. |
