      首先应用中性轮廓理论分析轮胎帘线受力情况,然后在充气状态下分析了轮胎胎圈内部张力,最后利用ABAQUS软件对12.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎进行有限元分析。结果表明,钢丝圈受力由轮胎内侧向外侧逐渐减小,胎圈部位胎体和胎圈加强层钢丝受力向轮胎中心方向逐渐增大。
英文摘要:
      Stress in the cords of radial tire was analyzed according to the neutral contour theory at first.Then the tension in tire bead under the inflated condition was analyzed.Finally finite element analysis of 12.00R20 truck and bus radial tire was performed by ABAQUS software.The results showed that stress in the bead gradually decreased from inside to outside of the tire,and stress in the carcass around the bead and stress in the enhanced bead layer gradually increased towards the center of the tire.
