| 研究3+9+15×0.245HT钢丝帘线在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中的应用。试验结果表明，与7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线相比，3+9+15×0.245HT钢丝帘丝的直径、线密度和破断力较小，以其替代7×7×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线用于13.00R20和14.00R20全钢载重子午线轮胎胎体中，轮胎的外缘尺寸基本不变，耐久性能提高，同时可降低成本。 |

| The application of 3+9+15×0.245HT steel cord in carcass ply of truck and bus radial（TBR） tire was investigated.The results showed that，compared with 7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord，the diameter，line density and breaking strength of 3+9+15×0.245HT steel cord were smaller.Using 3+9+15×0.245HT steel cord instead of 7×7×0.22+0.15HT steel cord in carcass ply of 13.00R20 and 14.00R20 TBR tire，the peripheral dimension of finished tire changed little，the endurance was improved，and the cost was reduced. |
