| 研究国产环保塑解剂A86在天然橡胶中的应用，并与国外同类产品进行对比。结果表明：与国外同类塑解剂相比，国产塑解剂A86的塑炼效果较好；胶料的门尼粘度减小，焦烧时间延长，耐热老化性能较优；硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力减小，撕裂强度增大；成品轮胎性能满足标准要求；原材料成本降低。 |

| The application of domestic environment-friendly peptizer A86 in natural rubber was investigated，and compared to the imported counterparts.Compared to the imported peptizers，the mastication efficiency of domestic peptizer A86 was better.With A86，the Mooney viscosity of compound decreased，the scorch time extended，and the heat resistance was better.The hardness and modulus of vulcanizate decreased，and the tear strength increased.The performance of finished tire met the requirements of standards，and the material cost was reduced. |
