| 介绍215/75R17.5 16PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 759.5 mm，断面宽 229 mm，行驶面宽度 170 mm，行驶面弧度高 9 mm，胎圈着合直径 442 mm，胎圈着合宽度 177.8 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.168，采用HN235胎面花纹，花纹深度 13 mm，花纹饱和度 76.77%，花纹周节数 88。施工设计：胎面采用单胶形式，胎体采用3+9+15×0.175W钢丝帘线，1#和2#带束层采用3×0.20+6×0.35HT钢丝帘线，3#和0°带束层分别采用3×4×0.22HE和3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线，六角形钢丝圈采用φ1.65 mm镀青铜回火胎圈钢丝，采用一次法胶囊反包成型机成型、蒸锅式硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和速度性能均达到相关设计和标准要求。 |

| The design of 215/75R17.5 16PR truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 759.5 mm，cross-sectional width 229 mm，width of running surface 170 mm，arc height of running surface 9 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 442 mm，bead width at rim seat 177.8 mm，cross-sectional level ratio 1.168，HN235 tread pattern，pattern depth 13 mm，block/groove ratio 76.77%，and number of pattern pitch 88.In construction design，the following processes were taken：single rubber tread compound，3+9+15×0.175W steel cord for carcass ply，3×0.20+6×0.35HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belts，3×4×0.22HE steel cord for 3# belt and 3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt，φ1.65 mm copper-plated and tempered wire for hexagonal bead，and turn-up bladder was used to build tires and steam curing machine to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that，the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance，endurance and speed performance met the requirements in design and standard. |
