| 研制工业参比炭黑4#（IRC4#）标样，并按GB/T 9580—2009《标准参比炭黑的鉴定方法》进行定值。结果表明：IRC4#的理化性质及数据的标准偏差水平与ASTM IRB7#（IRB7#）相近，具有较高的稳定性；IRB7#和IRC4#分别填充天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶和顺丁橡胶硫化胶的物理性能相当，IRC4#可替代IRB7#用于合成橡胶产品的质量鉴定。 |

| The industrial reference carbon black 4# （IRC4#） was prepared according to GB/T 9580—2009《The Appraisal Method of Standard Reference Carbon Black》.The results showed that，the physicochemical properties of IRC4# and standard deviation level of data were similar to those of ASTM IRB7#，and IRC4# showed comparatively high stability.The physical properties of natural rubber，butadiene styrene rubber and butadiene rubber vulcanizates filled with IRC4# were similar to those filled with IRB7#，respectively.IRC4# could be used as industrial reference carbon black instead of IRB7#. |
