      介绍275/70R22.5公交车专用载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径　962 mm，断面宽　280 mm，行驶面宽度　236 mm，行驶面弧度高　6.4 mm，胎圈着合直径　571 mm，胎圈着合宽度　228 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2）　1.018，花纹深度　22 mm，花纹饱和度　76.5%，采用纵向主沟与横向细沟结合的变节距花纹设计。施工设计：胎体采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线，第1和2层带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15钢丝帘线、第3层带束层采用3×4×0.22HE钢丝帘线、0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线；采用一次法成型机成型，硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求，耐久性能符合美国DOT标准，速度性能符合企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design of 275/70R22.5 truck and bus radial tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter　962 mm，cross sectional width　280 mm，width of running surface　236 mm，height of running surface　6.4 mm，bead diameter at rim seat　571 mm，bead width at rim seat　228 mm，cross-sectional level ratio（H1/H2）　1.018，pattern depth　22 mm，block/groove ratio　76.5%，with the design of unequal pitch tread pattern combining longitudinal and transversal pattern grooves.In construction design，the following processes were taken：3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for carcass ply，3+9+15×0.22+0.15 steel cord for the first and second belt ply，3×4×0.22HE steel cord for the third belt ply，3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply；using single-stage building machine to build tires，and using curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard，endurance performance met the requirement of USA DOT standard，and high speed performance met the requirement of enterprise standard.
