以275/70R22.5公共汽车专用轮胎研发为例,采用有限元分析方法探讨7.50,8.25和9.00不同轮辋对轮胎整体性能的影响。结果表明:随着轮辋着合宽度(C)增大,胎体帘布反包端点和钢丝圈包布外端点区域的应力、应变和应变能极值及其变化幅值整体大幅下降,该区域的平均应变能密度也大幅下降,使用大规格轮辋对胎圈性能有益;随着C值增大,带束层端点区域的应力、应变和应变能极值及其变化幅值呈增大趋势,与胎圈部位恰恰相反,增大轮辋会导致胎肩脱层增加;随着C值增大,接地压力分布中心向肩部转移,可改进耐磨性能;C值增大,轮胎负荷能力略有提高。 |
