| 介绍11.00R22 18PR全钢载重子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 130 mm，断面宽 291 mm，行驶面宽度 230 mm，行驶面弧度高 8 mm，胎圈着合直径 562 mm，胎圈着合宽度 216 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.04，采用4条纵向主花纹沟设计，花纹深度 16 mm，花纹周节数 67，花纹饱和度 72.35%。施工设计：胎体采用0.25＋6＋12×0.225HT钢丝帘线，1#和2#带束层采用3＋8×0.33HT钢丝帘线，3#带束层采用5×0.30HI钢丝帘线，0°带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线；采用一次法成型机成型，B型双模定型硫化机硫化。成品轮胎性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能和耐久性能均符合相应设计和国家标准要求，静负荷性能和胎圈耐久性能符合企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 11.00R22 18PR TBR tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 130 mm，cross sectional width 291 mm，width of running surface 230 mm，height of running surface 8 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 562 mm，bead width at rim seat 216 mm，cross-sectional level ratio （H1/H2） 1.04，with the design of 4 longitudinal pattern grooves，pattern depth16 mm，pattern circular pitch67，block/groove ratio72.35%.In construction design，the following processes were taken：0.25＋6＋12×0.225HT steel cord for carcass ply，3＋8×0.33HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt ply，5×0.30HI steel cord for 3# belt ply，3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 0° belt ply；using single stage building machine to build tires，and using B-type double mold shaping curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength performance and endurance performance met the requirements of relative design and national standard，and static load performance and bead endurance performance met the requirements of enterprise standard. |
