| 介绍20.5-25 16PR工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 487 mm，断面宽 488 mm，行驶面宽度 430 mm，行驶面弧度高 34 mm，胎圈着合直径 633 mm，胎圈着合宽度 432 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 0.801 7，采用C-2槽沟压路机花纹，花纹深度 16 mm，花纹饱和度 47.2%，花纹周节数 21。施工设计：胎面采用两方四块结构；胎体采用8层高强度的2100dtex/2V1和2层高强度的2100dtex/2V2锦纶6浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用4层930dtex/2锦纶6浸胶帘布；采用LCX-4B成型机成型，立式硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸和物理性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| The design of 20.5-25 16PR OTR tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 487 mm，cross sectional width 488 mm，width of running surface 430 mm，height of running surface 34 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 633 mm，bead width at rim seat 432 mm，cross-sectional level ratio（H1/H2） 0.801 7，with the design of C-2 road roller pattern groove，pattern depth 16 mm，block/groove ratio 47.2%，number of pattern pitch 21.In construction design，the following processes were taken：two-formula and four-piece extruded tread，8 layers 2100dtex/2V1 and 2 layers 2100dtex/2V2 nylon 6 dipped cord for carcass ply，4 layers 930dtex/2 nylon 6 dipped cord for breaker ply；using LCX-4B building machine to build tires，and using autoclave to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the peripheral dimension and physical property met the requirements in design and national standard. |
