| 介绍285/75R16LT越野子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计：轮胎外直径 832 mm，轮胎断面宽 279 mm，行驶面宽度 226 mm，行驶面弧度高 13 mm，胎圈着合直径 404.2 mm，胎圈着合宽度 228 mm，断面水平轴位置（H1/H2） 1.041，采用山地越野型花纹设计，花纹深度 13.5 mm，花纹饱和度 46%，花纹周节数 42。施工设计：胎体采用3层1800dtex/2 DSP聚酯浸胶帘布，带束层采用芳纶浸胶帘布；采用LCY型成型机成型，B型液压硫化机硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，成品轮胎充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均符合国家标准要求，物理性能符合企业标准要求。 |

| The design of 285/75R16LT off-highway radial tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 832 mm，cross sectional width 279 mm，width of running surface 226 mm，height of running surface 13 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 404.2 mm，bead width at rim seat 228 mm，cross-sectional level ratio（H1/H2） 1.041，pattern depth 13.5 mm，block/groove ratio 46%，number of pattern pitch 42，with the design of mountain area off-highway type pattern.In construction design，the following processes were taken：3 layers 1800dtex/2 dipped DSP polyester cord for carcass ply，aramid fiber cord for belt ply；using LCY-type building machine to build tires，and using B-type hydraulic curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the tests of finished tires that the inflated peripheral dimension，strength property，endurance performance and high speed performance met the requirements in the national standard，and the physical properties met the requirements in the enterprice standard. |
