      以345/85R16轻型载重子午线轮胎为研究对象分析带束层结构对载重子午线轮胎侧偏特性的影响。结果表明:带束层结构对载重子午线轮胎的侧偏特性影响十分显著,主要体现在纯侧偏条件下对侧向力(Fy)和回正力矩(Mz)以及纯侧倾条件下对Fy的影响;纯侧偏条件下,交叉带束层结构轮胎的侧偏刚度和回正刚度比零度缠绕带束层结构轮胎大得多;纯侧倾条件下零度缠绕带束层结构轮胎的侧倾刚度比交叉带束层结构轮胎大;纯侧偏和纯侧倾条件下,交叉带束层结构轮胎的翻转力矩与零度缠绕带束层结构轮胎几乎一致。
英文摘要:
      The effect of belt construction on the cornering properties of TBR tire was investigated using 345/85R16 LT radial tire.The results showed that,the tire cornering properties were significantly affected by the belt construction,mainly the lateral force(Fy) and aligning moment (Mz) in pure cornering condition,and Fy in pure inclination condition.In pure cornering condition,the cornering stiffness and aligning stiffness of tire with crossed belt construction were much higher than those of tire with 0° enlaced belt construction.In pure inclination condition,the camber stiffness of tire with 0° enlaced belt construction was higher than that of tire with crossed belt construction.In both pure cornering and pure inclination conditions,the turn-over moment of tire with crossed belt construction was similar to that of tire with 0° enlaced belt construction.
