      研究混炼工艺对炭黑在NR中的分散性及其硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明:提高填充因数、转子转速和起始温度,胶料转矩和能量消耗增大,升温速率和排胶温度升高,混炼时间缩短;选择适中的填充因数和混炼时间,提高转子转速、起始温度和采用分段降速混炼均有利于提高炭黑的分散性;当炭黑分散性较好时,炭黑/NR硫化胶的物理性能、动态力学性能和耐磨性能提高,压缩生热降低。
英文摘要:
      The effects of mixing technology on the dispersion of carbon black in NR and the properties of carbon black/NR vulcanizate were investigated.The results showed that,with the increase of filling volume factor,rotor rotational speed and initial mixing temperature,the torque and energy consumption of compound increased,temperature raising speed and discharging temperature also increased,and the mixing time was shortened.Suitable filling volume factor and mixing time,higher rotor rotational speed and initial temperature,and multi step mixing with gradually decreased speed could increase the dispersion of carbon black.As the dispersion of carbon black was improved,the physical property,dynamic property and abrasion property of vulcanizates increased,and compression heat build-up decreased.
