对跑气保用轮胎胎侧支撑胶配方进行优化设计。试验结果表明:在胎侧支撑胶配方中采用补强树脂部分替代炭黑,并加入适量促进剂HMT,得到优化配方为:NR/BR 70/30,炭黑N375 50,氧化锌 5,硬脂酸 2,补强树脂SP6701 6,防老剂4020/RD 3,硫黄 3,促进剂HMT 0.6,其他 5.7。采用优化配方的硫化胶弹性和耐屈挠性能较好,生热较低,工艺性能良好,成品轮胎零气压下的耐久性能超过了设计要求。 |

The formula design of side-reinforcing compound for run-flat tire was optimized,in which carbon black was partly replaced by reinforcing resin and addition level of accelerator HMT was adjusted.The optimized formula was as follows:NR/BR 70/30,carbon black N375 50,zinc oxide 5,stearic acid 2,reinforcing resin SP6701 6,antioxidant 4020/RD 3,sulfur 3,accelerator HMT 0.6,other components 5 .7.The elasticity and flexing resistance of the optimized vulcanizate were improved,the heat build-up was lower,the processibility was good,and the endurance of finished tire under zero pressure exceeded the design specification. |
