| 利用有限元分析方法对8R22.5无内胎全钢载重子午线轮胎结构进行优化设计。有限元分析数据表明:优化设计后轮胎的接地形状有很大改善;成品轮胎外直径、径向刚度和下沉量实测值与有限元计算结果基本一致。实际路试表明,优化后轮胎具有优良的耐磨性能。 |

| The structure design of 8R22.5 tubeless TBR tire was optimized by FEA.The analysis result of FEA showed that,the shape of ground contact area of optimized tire was improved significantly;and the measured data of overall diameter,radial stiffness and deflection were in accordance with the analysis result of FEA.The optimized tire possessed good abrasion resistance in practical application. |
