利用有限元软件MSC.MARC对225/50R17跑气保用轮胎静负荷下的接地印痕进行分析和优化。结果表明,带束层宽度加大能改善接地压力分布,对接地印痕形状无明显影响;带束层帘线直径增大对接地印痕无优化作用;胎体层数对接地压力分布及形状影响很小;合理的外轮廓设计和材料分布能较好地优化轮胎接地印痕,满足设计要求。优化方案接地印痕的有限元计算结果与实测结果基本吻合。 |

The contact footprint of 225/50R17 run-flat tire was analyzed and optimized by MSC.MARC.The results showed that,as the width of belt increased,the contact pressure distribution was improved,but the shape of contact footprint changed little.Increase of the diameter of belt cord didn't benefit the optimization,and the layer number of carcass ply had little effect on the contact pressure distribution and shape.It was found that proper outer profile and materials could be used for optimization,and the optimized footprint met design requirements.The calculated result of optimized footprint was in accordance with the measured results. |
