| 介绍14.00-24 24PR工程机械轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 1 355 mm，断面宽 335 mm，行驶面宽度 300 mm，行驶面弧度高 24 mm，胎圈着合直径 612 mm，胎圈着合宽度 254 mm，花纹饱和度 33.1%，花纹周节数 30，采用横向花纹沟加深块状花纹设计。施工设计：胎面采用三方四块结构，胎体采用14层高强度1870dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布，缓冲层采用4层1400dtex/2锦纶66浸胶帘布，采用胶囊反包成型机成型，胶囊硫化罐硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，充气轮胎的外缘尺寸和物理性能符合相应设计和国家标准要求。 |

| A design of 14.00-24 24PR OTR tire was described.In structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter 1 355 mm，cross sectional width 335 mm，width of running surface 300 mm，height of running surface 24 mm，bead diameter at rim seat 612 mm，bead width at rim seat 254 mm，block/groove ratio 33.1%，number of pattern pitch 30，with the design of transverse groove and deepen pattern block.In construction design，the following processes were taken：three-formula and four-piece extruded tread，14 layers 1870dtex/2 nylon 66 dipped cord for carcass ply，4 layers 1400dtex/2 nylon 66 dipped cord for breaker ply；using bladder turn-up building machine to build tires，and using bladder curing press to cure tires.It was confirmed by the test of finished tires that the inflated overall dimension and physical property met the requirements in design and national standard. |
